Quote Conditions

1. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are subject to V.A.T. at the appropriate rate.
2. Prices are subject to our Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale.
3. Unless stated otherwise, prices only apply if all items are ordered and are valid for 30 days from the quotation date.
4. All prices quoted include delivery within our normal delivery area, which is in Greater London, Surrey, Kent and East & West Sussex. Deliveries outside this area are subject to availability and may be subject to a surcharge. A minimum economic order quantity may apply to deliveries. Please enquire for further details.
5. We aim to deliver orders for goods held in stock on the next working day for orders received before midday. Orders for other goods are subject to availability from the manufacturer or distributor.
6. If you wish to collect any goods ordered from one of our branches, a discount of 2% or more may apply - please enquire for further details.
7. Timber Lengths
   Carcassing prices are for lengths up to 6.0 metres. A surcharge applies for longer lengths. Grading of softwood carcassing sizes to SC4 is available at an extra charge.
   Note that prices for timber items are subject to availability of lengths at time of order and the total price quoted will be adjusted to reflect alternative lengths supplied.
